Second Reading for the Membership Transfer of Anne Kebasso from Maple Plain SDA Church (Maple Plain, MN) To Minneapolis First SDA Church (Minneapolis, MN).

Calling all High School Youth and Young Adults!  Shonelle George will be presenting a one day conference "My Name is Victory!" from 11:00 am to 4:00pm on April 27, 2019 at Minneapolis First SDA Church.  Shonelle will preach during the regular church service and then there will be a breakout session in the afternoon from 2:00-4: 00 pm in the fireside room.  Anyone ages 16 - 30 is invited to attend.

Minneapolis first young adults would like to extend the invite to everyone at the church to join us in a discussion about relationships and marriage. It will be held in the sanctuary on May 11th at 2:30pm. Please contact Sydney Otundo if you have any questions. Hope to see everyone there.

The music department will be recruiting in May for new members for choir and praise team. See Angelica for choir and Nikita for praise team. Please help us in God’s ministry.

International Day is May 18th… Anyone who would like to be involved should contact Nikita Curtis at 763-228-3023.

Need Rice: The Community Service Ministry is asking for dried rice to share with our community. This is a high-demand item. We share more than 50 lb of rice every week and are all out. Please bring whatever amount you can to help feed our community in need.  Thank you!

PICK UP FOOD: We need help taking the donated food into the building on Thursdays at 9 am.  We desperately need help. It is very hard for one person.  If you can help, please contact Mary Ombwori at 612-599-5654.

SEEING JESUS THROUGH MUSLIM'S EYES

This seminar will equip attendees for reaching out to Muslims, helping to fulfill the Gospel Commission. Presenter Elder Gerald Babanezhad, Coordinator of Muslim Outreach at the Pacific Union Conference and Board Member of NAD Adventist Muslim Relation, will share the historical setting and perspective of Islam, the role of the Adventist Church in sharing the Three Angel's Message with Muslims. Muslim's understanding of Seventh-Day Adventists, practical ways, testimonies and much more followed with Q&A time. This seminar will be hosted at St. Paul Karen SDA church 301 Hatch Ave St Paul MN 55117 on May 17-18, 2019.
